KBIS has just concluded, and the New York Build Expo has yet to begin.

The OVS sales team is seizing this opportunity to visit several large shopping malls and bathroom wholesalers, such as Walmart, Lowe's, The Home Depot, and AMC Kitchen & Bath, to gain an in-depth understanding of customers' needs by observing the appearance of the local bathroom products, and experiencing the product's functionality.

This will enable us to better refine our products in the future to meet user needs and give the brand a competitive edge.
